Terms and Conditions

Payment: If you are late for your child, a late payment fee will be applied. This is expected to be paid on the same day when you pick up your child or if agreed otherwise which must be in writing. If there are any outstanding balanced owed to 1dvictorycreche ltd, we will inform you. Failing to pay will result in losing your deposit.

Cancellation: 48 hours notice must be given to cancel any online booking made online. All cancellation must be made in writing by emailing us. 1dvictorycreche Ltd has the right to terminate any agreement with immediate effect due to fraudulent act or for behavior deemed threatening or dangerous toward our member of staff. In this instance, you may also lose your deposit.

Deposit: Two weeks deposit will be required for members which is equivalent to 8 hours. Deposit is non refundable and will be used to cover the last two weeks (8 hours) from the date of cancellation or if any money is owed to 1dvictorycreche ltd, the deposit will be used to retrieve payment (s) and you will be notified of this. The remaining deposit will be equivalent to the outstanding hours or days of the service available.

Pick up service: Before a child can attend the creche or be picked up from a school, a Registration form must be completed. All customers are required to pay £2 for pick up service. At least One hour notice must be given so we may be able to pick up your child. This must be in writing either by email or text stating time, your child's name and class and any other relevant information. We advice that you inform the school so that they are aware of who will be picking up your child. This will avoid delay and mis-communication.  A minimum payment of one hour booking for the creche will be required when using our pick up service. When we pick up your child, visible jackets will be provided and will be worn while we walk back to the centre. Once your child has been picked up your booking session will start. We will send you a text or call to inform you when your session has started and is expected to end.

Walk in service: Walk in service is a first come, first serve basis. A registration form must be completed either on-line or at the creche before leaving your child in our care. A sign in and out sheet will be provided and must be completed by the parent or carer at all times. The creche is a maximum of 2 hours stay per day; however we may only be able to offer one hour stay due to pre-booked customers. We will try to avoid this option and encourage customer to book in advance to secure a place.

Settle-in session: On your first session you will be required to participate in a settle - in procedure for minimum of 10 minutes. Settle - in sessions may need to be repeated, depending on how your child settles.

Application form: Any arranged days and time agreed will remain the same. If you desire changing the day/s of attendance, you are expected to inform us before the commencing week. Unfortunately, if you do not give the required notice, you will still be expected to pay for the day/s your child did not attend within the commencing week.

Membership and introductory offer: A minimal of 4 hours must be booked per week (a maximum of two hour per day). All bookings for introductory offer must be made one week in advance. Introductory offer will be for only 30 days, starting from 19th June 2017.  One week before introductory offer ends, you will be offered to continue using our service as a member. Two weeks’ notice must be given to cancel a membership. If you need to change date or time, you must do so before the commencing week begins (Monday).

Late fees: Late fees will be applied if you do not pick up your child on time. 

Within 5 - 15 minute late fee charge of £4

Between 16 - 30 minutes late fee charge of £9

Between 31- 45 minutes a late fee charge of £15

After repeated calls to parent or carer and emergency contact and there is still no response, we will pass information to our safeguarding officer. Safeguarding officer may then need to contact social services. Once a decision has been made, you will be inform by text, voicemail and/ or other means of communication.
